Kofi Sarkodie-Mensah goes by the ring name `Kofi Kingston, ` the last name taken from the city of his birth. He weighs in at 225 pounds and debuted on January 22, 2008 as part of the newest addition to the WWE stable. He won his first match-up over wrestler David Owens. Last night he faced-off in the ECW – Extreme Championship Wrestling - showdown on the Sci-Fi Channel. He won that match over Mike Knox.
His entrance music is `This Is Why I’m Hot,` by Baby Cham and Junior Reed and his theatrical finishing move is dubbed simply, `Cool Running.`
Kingston is being promoted as a fighter with `in-ring abilities, style and lingo.` Fans are also likening him to the next Booker T, an African-American wrestling star. – CaribWorldNews.com
