Residents of St. Thomas, St. John and the British Virgin Islands can connect to VI Sea Trans for boat service to and from St. Croix.VI Sea Trans will make a special run for the event, departing from St. Thomas at 5:15 p.m. on November 14th.  The boat will depart from St. Croix, back to St. Thomas, at 6 a.m. on Sunday, November 15th.

Sea Flights, a sponsor of TEMPO Turns 4, will continue to make their low rate of $70 each way available for transportation between St. Croix and St. Thomas. Travelers can call Sea Flights at (340) 714-3000.

TEMPO Turns 4 kicks off at 4 p.m. November 14th with an exciting live televised event on WTJX-TV 12,  including performances by some of St. Croix`s best talent, including Black Star Band, Empress Nyingro, Bobo Ites, X-Kaliba, Rankin, Harry Mo, Selecta Saigon, Cool & Deadly Sound System, and Fyah Emblem. There will be prizes and giveaways, including the chance to win two round-trip LIAT Airline tickets to anywhere LIAT flies in the Caribbean.

The main show gets underway at 7 p.m. with Shabba Ranks, Tarrus Riley, Gramps Morgan, Iwer George, N`Klabe, Ce`Cile, Ziggy Rankin, Omari, UMB Soldiers, Mada Nile, Cherise King and DJ Poppy Pops.
 
Tickets are $35 general admission, $45 bleacher section, and $125 VIP.
