Jamaican Migrant`s Killer Nabbed
 

 

CaribWorldNews, NEW YORK, NY, Thurs. Feb. 7, 2008: The alleged killer of an undocumented Jamaican migrant is now behind bars and facing a charge of conspiracy to commit murder.

Federal agents and New York City police late Tuesday night arrested 44-year-old Winston Grant for the fatal shooting last Thursday of Jamaica-born Maurice Johnson. Johnson was found dead, lying in the parking lot of the Old Mill Green Library on East Main Street in Bridgeport, CT last Thursday night.

Grant is being held in lieu of $1 million bond pending an extradition hearing in New York. – CaribWorldNews.com
