CaribWorldNews, NEW YORK, NY, Weds. Nov. 24, 2009: Jamaican reggae deejay, Sean Paul, is set to kick off a five-city U.S. tour next month.
Paul is set to showcase the hits from his latest hit CD, `Imperial Blaze,` on a mini-tour that will kick off at the House of Blues in Chicago on Sunday, December 6th.
He will then move on to the House of Blues in Anaheim, CA on Tuesday, Dec. 8 and then on Wednesday, Dec. 9 to the House of Blues in Los Angeles, CA.
On Friday, Dec.11, Paul will perform at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, FL and on Saturday, Dec. 12th at the Hard Rock Live in Orlando, FL.
BOB MARLEY STILL RICH EVEN THOUGH DEAD
Reggae`s Bob Marley has been dead for 28 years but the singer`s music and name is still earning millions. His estate recently struck a deal with a Canadian private-equity firm that is predicted to generate global annual sales of more than $US1 billion by 2012. Marley`s main greatest hits collection, Legend, remains reggae`s best-selling album.
RIHANNA DOES GMA
Bajan singer Rihanna hit the stage for a Good Morning America performance yesterday, just a day after her latest album hit stores. Rate R talks about her recent abuse at the hands of former beau, Chris Brown.
The singer performed in front of a live audience in Times Square as her new album was selling for $3.99 on Amazon.com. Last night she performed on the Dave Letterman show.
