Country Music Star For Bahamas Performance

CaribWorldNews, NASSAU, Bahamas, Weds. Nov. 4, 2009: A four-time Grammy winning country music star is set to play the Bahamas next month.

Carrie Underwood, who gained fame after winning American Idol, is set to perform her first concert on December 5th, following this week`s release of her new album, at the Atlantis, Paradise Island resort in The Bahamas.

The Atlantis Live! concert series will feature the reigning Academy of Country Music Entertainer of the Year award winner who has album sales of more than 10 million.

The Atlantis Live! concert series is known for hosting many popular names in music. Previous artists have included Miley Cyrus, Colbie Caillat, Fergie and the Jonas Brothers.
